With the lump it sounds like a hemorrhoid. You should get checked out by a doctor though just to make sure. I had a external hemorrhoid (which sounds like the one you have right now) and I ordered a supplement from http://www.hemrid.com and I got better in a week. A hemorrhoid is basically a weak spot in the vein down there. The tissues get irritated and they swell. Eventually the shrink back down, but the vein is still going to be there. They can cut the weak spot out and pack it, but I don’t really know how much that helps. It helps if the pain is really bad, but as far as prevention, I don’t know. Doesn’t seem like it did much.
They pretty much lay you on your side, give you a shot of novocaine and take a big pair of medical scissors and give it a snip. It can be done in the office. It’s not as bad as it sounds, but it’s no Sunday picnic, either. I hope things stay good.

it sounds like haemorrhoids-keep using the cream- if you keep it in the fridge its very soothing when you apply it.its a catch 22 situation i’m afraid.the more constipated you get the harder you have to push but that really hurts so you don’t push which in turn doesn’t help the constipation.
i suffered when pregnant and had to have a special cream which i inserted:(
it did help a bit but i’ve never been right since.
its really important that you get your bowels cleared. the shivering is probably because your body is trying to cope with a full bowel which makes you feel sluggish and lethargic so you’re probably yawning a lot too? …

i don’t think its hep c!
once you’ve been constipated for a couple of days its very hard to sort it quickly so be patient and drink plenty of fluids-water is best but juice will help too.

something that my mum advised me can sometimes help(its a bit gross-but if it works…)when you’re on the loo use a small piece of a bar of soap and rub it on your anus this can help to lubricate the hardened stool out!!(sorry i did say it was gross) but its worked for me! i suppose you could try vaseline too?
good luck go annd see your doctor if it doesn’t improve as i think i’m right in sayiing that toxins from your bowels can start to leak back into your body if you’re constipated for a long time.(that IS gross)

drink a lot of water and juice to ease the pooing. hemorrhoids sometimes itch too and they do throb. all you can do is wait it could take up to 10-14 days for them to go away. if your poo is hard and irritates them longer.

You have to be very careful about your diet now, otherwise these will become worse and worse. Stop eating processed food and start eating simple food with lots of fibre. You can take Lactulose stool softner which is very very effective and also can take laxatives. Bright red blood means it is hemorrhoids in most of the cases, nothing serious, but this is a very uncomfortable problem

I would suggest you eat more fiber (whole grains, fruits, etc) as it’ll help you have a bowel movement and drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. how do you know you have hemorrhoids? How old are you? Constipation is verry comon. It has alot to do whith diet, mainley not enough fiber. hemorrhoids are comon too and most are treated whith over the counter medication.
